The operation theatre is equipped with, apart from routine, HARMONIC SCALPEL, CUSA (CAVITRON ULTRASONIC ASPIRATOR), RADIOFREQUENCY ABLATOR, ON TABLE COLONOSCOPY AND ERCP AND PROVISION FOR INTRA OPERATIVE CHOLANGIOGRAM AND IITV.
There are separate, dedicated LAPROSCOPY SUITE to perform major LAPROSCOPIC PROCEDURES LIKE. COLONIC RESECTIONS, LOW ANTERIOR RESECTIONS, ABDOMINOPERINEAL RESECTIONS, WERTHEIMS HYSTERECTOMY, PELVICLYMPH NODE RESECTIONS, RADICAL CYSTECTOMES, THORACPSCOPIC ESOPHAGECTOMIES ETC.
The department is backed by experienced and dedicated team of surgical oncologists who would strive to achieve excellence in their respective fields to give maximum results. The team is well supported by experienced and well trained nursing staff and paramedical staff and a separate Post-op ICU WITH VENTILATORS.
